Alternative Transportation Committee(ATC)
The ATC advises the MPO Technical Committee and Policy Committees on active and public transportation policy, planning, and implementation activities, and related transportation planning initiatives.
Environmental Committee
The Environmental Committee combines the knowledge and expertise of local organizations and enthusiasts to help prioritize future R1 projects, while also guiding and influencing the planning process of ongoing projects.

Land Bank Authority
The purpose of the Land Bank Authority is to foster the public purpose of combating community deterioration by returning property to productive use.
MPO POLICY COMMITTEE
The MPO Policy Committee guides matters under the the agency’s MPO planning functions.
MPO Technical Committee
The MPO Technical Committee provides technical advice and recommendations to the MPO Policy Committee, and requests and deliberates on the technical planning functions and duties performed by the agency in fulfilment of its duties as an MPO.
Wingis policy committee
The WinGIS Policy Committee guides matters under the agency’s GIS planning functions.

The WinGIS Technical Committee provides technical advice and recommendations to the WinGIS Policy Committee, and requests and deliberates on the technical planning functions and duties of GIS.
