The APEX Accelerator program at The Joseph Center - Rockford Satellite Office helps your business: 

• Determine whether you are ready for government contracts and how to position yourself to succeed
• Complete the necessary registrations for participating in the government marketplace, using a wide range of databases
• Identify and connect with the government agencies that purchase the goods and services you provide
• Network with government procurement officers, prime contractors, and other businesses
• Receive automated alerts about government contract opportunities 
• Navigate solicitations and potential contract opportunities

The APEX Accelerator program does not provide businesses with assistance outside of government procurement. However, we can make referrals for help writing a business plan, accessing capital, and other business education and training services.
