Trustee Program
As Agent for the Winnebago County Trustee Program, Region 1 Planning Council provides an online sales system to sell Trustee parcels.
Parcels are offered at a minimum bid of $1,000. Properties are available online for review, along with a purchase application. To view current properties up for bid, click the “VIEW PROPERTIES” link above.
Properties in the County Trustee program, by state statute, are publicly owned. Winnebago County has appointed Region 1 Planning Council to sell the parcels, reduce the inventory of the program, and return properties to productive use.
